PUBLIC BID ADVERTISEMENT

PUBLIC BID ADVERTISEMENT Jumbouria Bank invites for public bid in connection with printing of (1,200,000 books) only one million two hundred thousand individual cheque books and (40,000 books) only forty thousand companies cheque books according to the following conditions: -

• The bidding company shall be one of the companies registered on the bank- approved suppliers register.
• The value of the specifications brochure for the local companies shall be (8,000 LYD) only eight thousand Libyan Dinars to be deposited in the account No. (581028000) with ALMIDAN Branch and a sum amounting to (2500 $) only two thousand five hundred USD or the equivalent from the foreign companies interesting in entry into bid shall be deposited in the Bank account with Libyan Foreign Bank No (5665).
• The bid specifications brochure will be received from office of the Secretary of the Tender Committee located at the General Administration Building (ALMIDAN) with the necessity for bringing the company seal and a letter to the effect of authorization with receipt of the specification brochure.
• The bidding company shall attach sufficient data to its offer and data about ny works which it has performed in the past in the same field (if any).
• The technical and financial offer shall be submitted in Arabic language in a red wax-sealed envelope each alone as well as presentation of a certified cheque in favor of (Jumhouria Bank - General Administration) in a red wax- sealed envelope at the amount of 0.50% of the company offer which represents the bid bond to the office of the Secretary of the Tender Committee.
